Zoë Penny
Practice Advisor, Drive
Zoë is a practice advisor for Drive, a partnership formed of Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance. She works within the Drive practice team, supporting the development and delivery of interventions with high-risk/high-harm domestic abuse perpetrators.
Zoë has worked in the domestic abuse sector since 2019, delivering frontline support to survivors of domestic abuse in refuge, and coordinating and implementing UK-wide best practice and systems change responses at domestic abuse charity SafeLives.
Initially joining Respect in 2020, Zoë returned in 2024 after completing a social work masters. She has an interest and experience in mental health and safeguarding children and families.
