Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Lee joined the team in October 2022 as interim Deputy CEO to support Respect through a busy phase of planning and strategy.
Lee has worked on gender equality and violence against women and girls for two decades, in the UK and internationally. Most recently she was Deputy Director for international development at ActionAid UK, and previously was Head of Policy at Womankind Worldwide. She is a proud trustee of the Gender and Development Network, and a primary school governor in south London.
Outside of work, Lee is busy bringing a feminist lens to parenting her son, enjoys walks by the sea and is learning yoga!
