Olga Trilla Rodriguez
Data and Performance Manager, Make a Change
Olga joined Respect in December 2022 as the Data and Performance Manager for Make a Change.
Previously, Olga has worked both for the private and the NGO sectors. Her interest in data comes from her background in Physics but soon realised that her passion is in working for charities in education and gender. She holds a MSc in Education and International Development (UCL). In her varied experiences, she was an IT consultant in Barcelona, led an NGO project in Ethiopia, was a project manager for an ed-tech start-up and has been a data analyst for Standing Together in the UK.
Outside work she is very active and enjoys the outdoors and climbing (when weather allows), she loves trying new food and is always up for an adventure exploring other countries.
