We're pleased to announce an exciting opportunity: we're looking to sub-grant the delivery of CLEAR – Change That Lasts Early Awareness Response.

CLEAR is a motivational course, aiming to engage perpetrators at an early stage, enabling them to identify and take responsibility for their abusive behaviours and teach them tools and strategies to promote healthy relationships and reduce harm. CLEAR aims to intervene with perpetrators as early as possible, whilst ensuring the safety and wellbeing of survivors and children remain at the heart of the work completed.

It's envisaged that the successful organisation will have established perpetrator services in South Wales and be in a position to deliver CLEAR in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.  Applicants must be accredited against the Respect Standard or willing to work towards accreditation, beginning in the first year of delivery.

Current funding continues until March 2022, with an indication from the funder that this work will continue into 2022/23.

If you are interested in applying, please read the documents below and complete the application form.

The deadline for applications is 10 January 2022.

Successful applicants will be interviewed w/c 17 January 2022.

The successful site will be informed w/c 24 January 2022

Please contact Leah Morgan, CTL (Wales) Perpetrator Response Manager at Respect, with any questions about CLEAR or the application process itself.
