Drive Partnership DAPO IDVA 

We are looking for a Triage IDVA who will work as part of the Triage Team in their pilot area, reporting to the Triage Team Leader and working alongside the Triage Worker. They will be responsible for supporting and presenting the voice of the victims and their children in cases where the perpetrator has been referred to the team for an assessment of suitability for a Positive Requirement during an application for a DAPO.

Drive DAPO Team Service Manager

The DAPO Service Manager will manage the operational, and strategic delivery of the DAPO team pilot working closely with the Practice and Development Lead and Programme Manager.  The post holder will have responsibility for managing all DAPO triage teams who are working locally and remotely in the DAPO pilot sites.

This role is primarily based in Croydon and Bedfordshire local authorities. We’re looking for someone with demonstrable experience in service delivery within the Children's Services and Domestic Abuse sectors, including monitoring, evaluation, and improvement. You will be a confident planner and negotiator within the sector, providing training, consultations, and coaching.
